Assemble at Changi Airport for check in.

After arriving at Haneda Airport, take domestic flight for Yamagta Airport. Upon arrival at Yamagata Airport, transfer to Jionji Temple in Sagae for sightseeing.

JIONJI (慈恩寺)

One of the biggest and oldest temples in Tohoku region. According to the temple's record, it was established in 724 AD. It consists of three main buildings which are Main Hall, three story Pagoda and Main Gate. The Main Hall is the country's most important cultural property.

ZAO SNOW MONSTERS (蔵王樹氷)

Zao is one of the few places in Japan where juhyo or 'ice trees' can be seen. Also known as 'snow monsters', the trees take on curious shapes due to the heavy snowfalls and freezing winds.

If you open the door of your cottage in the morning, just take a step out and you will be immersed in a Winter Wonderland. Take another step and you would have stepped in to your very own personal Winter playground, reserved just for you.

This program provides you with the chance to enjoy a variety of snow activities. Pole Pole is up on the side of Gassan, one of Yamagata's tallest mountains. Here we receive some of the heaviest amounts of snow in Japan! Gassan has snow from December to July!

GINZAN ONSEN (銀山温泉)

Ginzan Onsen is a secluded hot spring town nestled in the mountains of Yamagata Prefecture. The area originally developed around a silver mine: however, these days it is better known as one of Japan's prettiest onsen towns with historic ryokan lined up along the river.

AEON MALL TENDO (イオンモール天童)

Checkout and transfer to Yamagata Airport. Fly to Itami Airport by domestic flight. Upon arrival, transfer to Kyotango.

TANGO CHIRIMEN HISTORY MUSEUM (丹後ちりめん歴史博物館)
Tango Chirimen History Museum is located in well-established silk fabrics company ruins in the town of Yosano. It's saw-shaped roof is incredibly unique and the museum commemorates the history of Tango Chirimen.

INE NO FUNAYA (伊根の舟屋)
The area was developed from a fishing net drying place so there is only a small difference between the high and low tides. The idyllic fishing village has also been described as the 'Venice of Japan' with about 200 boathouses along the bay.

AMANOHASHIDATE (天の橋立)
Amanohashidate is one of the 'Three most famous views in Japan'. Amanohashidate is a natural work of art, created by the Sea of Japan and the Noda river, flowing from its source on Mt. Oe. The mysterious beauty, the white sands and green pine trees present a truly superb view. Some 8,000 pine trees grow in the sand along the roughly 3.6-kilometer bridge.

Leave Kyotango for Osaka. On the way to Osaka, stop at factory outlet for shopping.
